The Baker's Dozen, a chain of local coffee shops had problems
recruiting people
for their organization. Adding to this challenge was a very tight
job market. Imaginos
stepped in and interviewed many of the successful managers at
the organization about their lives and careers at the Baker's
Dozen. Following this line of interviews, the advertising was
designed to highlight these individuals, showing why the business
was a good choice for their careers. The result was good for both
the recruiting standpoint and also for employee morale, building
their organization both from within and the outside.
